So firstly we talk about what is linear income?
Linear income means how many hours you work. It’s directly
related to no. of hours you work. For eg. If you work 10 hours, you get paid
for 10 hours of work. Many private
company wants candidates with a fix salary or also gave terms and condition to
candidate. One day, if he is on leave than company have authority to cut his
salary for one day. Linear income is only possible to how much you work only if
you are not going to office than company reduce your salary.
In government sectors, govt. employees are also to take linear income but they have
eligible to take a leave and govt. can’t reduce their salaries. Govt. employees
have many advantages as compare to private employees but they also take linear
income.
Now, we talk about what is passive income?
Passive income means without doing hard work you earn money.
A many activities provide some work and people perform these work or gain
money. Throughout the age, people earn passive income. So passive income is
better than linear income.
Following way to earn passive income:-
- Make youtube videos
- Rental income
- Invest money in share market
- Sell products through network marketing
You should start your own youtube channel and upload videos,
when you will cross 1k subscribers than youtube gave you a opportunity to earn
money through video ads or views. But youtube is a very long process and large
no. of people try this activity so this is very tough to earn money instantly.
Second way is rental income, you earn money from rental
basis. You should provide a home or other property on a rent. This is a good
way to make passive income. But this way is using those person who have
property or a big house.
The third way is you should invest money in share market or
a policy. But this is very danger way to invest share market because day by day
market is moving on ups and downs. That’s why many people avoid this type of
investment.
